Construction Implementation Coordinator

Description
+ Coordinate/Manage the S&L engineering design of complex repair and restoration projects at nuclear facilities
+ Developing and managing schedules in collaboration with project teams and client leadership
+ Providing strong leadership and supervision to project teams ( including project engineers and designers ) in support of construction activities
+ Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects
+ Ability to work with in the Protected Area (PA) with unescorted access
+ Demonstrated capability to successfully support the management of large construction projects
+ Identify & recommend enhancements to designs and ensure constructability and sensibility of in-process designs through past construction experience
+ Participate in design and constructability walk downs during the design process
+ Act as the focal point during the implementation of projects performed for nuclear plant outages or during online periods
Qualifications

+ 10+ years of construction field engineering experience is required
+ Previous experience constructing projects in the nuclear power and energy industry
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Knowledge of and experience with nuclear facility construction Project Support
+ Knowledge of and experience with nuclear safety including technical safety requirements, processes and reporting requirements
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Expert PC skills including Microsoft applications
