**Job Title: Field Technicians** **Job Description** This position will be based out of Fargo, but doing lots of work on the road across ND, MT, MN, and SD. Candidate will be working on a pole frame crew erecting pole barns. Must have labor or carpentry experience. When staying out of town, $35/day per diem for a meal. Hotels will be covered by employer. Drive time out and back from Fargo will be paid at regular time. Must have tool belt and basic tools for first day. **Hard Skills** + Construction + Framing + Power Tools **Work Environment** Will be working on construction sites in various weather conditions including wind, rain, and sun. Workers will be part of a crew of 5-7 and will have a roommate when staying at hotels. Hotels are paid for and they also receive $35/day for meals. The culture is very work-driven, with work hours ranging from 45-60 hours a week when on location.
