**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated construction laborers for a commercial foundation installation and foundation repair company specializing in bridge and road construction. The company also handles new construction roads and concrete street building. We are looking for 4-5 laborers with general construction experience and experience in concrete. One position is available for an experienced concrete finisher. Experience with backhoe or skid steer is a plus. Training is provided for motivated candidates. **Responsibilities** + Clean up job sites. + Transport concrete from truck to formed-up pad using a wheelbarrow. + Assist foreman/supervisor with various tasks as needed. + Digging holes, sweeping, and material movement. + Perform site clean-up. + Assist heavy equipment operators. + Carpentry finishing and concrete pouring. **Essential Skills** + General construction experience. + Concrete experience. + Ability to lift fifty pounds consistently. + Reliable transportation. + Willingness to travel to various construction sites, including those in the Hampton Roads area, D.C., and down to NC/SC. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Backhoe or skid steer experience is a plus. + Ambition and motivation to learn and advance within the company. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy yearly bonuses and full health, vision, and dental benefits. The work is not near roadways. Hours are from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with laborers typically working 5-10 hours of overtime.
