We are seeking a talented individual to join our team Corporate Business and Specialty Practice Department at Marsh. This role will be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The selected candidate will join corporate business and specialty practice team reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Business and Specialty Practice Department. We expect from the candidate a high-value advisory and broking (insurance placement) services to large and midsize corporate clients on construction specialty line.
We will count on you to:
Drive the acquisition of new clients directly or indirectly in collaboration with team members.Develop and build relationships with new and existing clients as well as internal and external referral sources and centres of influence. Understand client business strategy and hence define insurance related requirements;Build and maintain relationships with insurers and prospects;Actively participate and support risk surveys carried out for clients;Responsible for Construction budgets and targets.Develop and execute Construction Specialty Strategy as aligned with the Company’s business plans including Head of Dpt, Country Manager and European leadership.Lead the development/execution of strategic initiatives and projects to proactively source and develop new business opportunities.Administer and service portfolio of clients, retain, attract and expand business and address, and resolve day-to-day inquiries;Cooperate with colleagues from other Marsh departments and collaborate with other Marsh offices and colleagues worldwide to exchange knowledge, generate new business opportunities and deliver best solutions to the clients in the field of construction practice.What you need to have:
Higher education, University Degree in Economics or Insurance;Sound technical understanding of key insurance classes and markets;Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, written and oral;Engineering background will be considered an advantage;Fluency of written and spoken English language;Highly developed management and client management skills;Competent ability to achieve challenging goals trough organisation and personal drive;Experience in an insurance company or insurance broker at least 2+ years;Team player.What makes you stand out?
