Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Construction Litigation Associate to join its Construction litigation group in the Orlando office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team and a growing office. A Day in the Life

One of the fastest growing and most dynamic cities in the country, Orlando’s economy is as diverse as our clients’ needs. Our office occupies two floors of the 390 North building located in the heart of downtown Orlando with a view of Lake Eola. You will be joining a knowledgeable team involved in litigation, claims analysis and risk management, and large-scale infrastructure programs and projects (procurement, contracting, and claims). With at least 4 years of litigation experience, you are well-versed in covering a broad spectrum of construction matters, including payment disputes, and design and defect claims. You have experience working on matters ranging from contract administration issues to alternative dispute resolution proceedings to litigation. With excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills, you engage in your work with a productive and positive attitude and are a member of the Florida Bar.
