Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a sophisticated, full-service boutique firm with a strong presence in Chicago. The firm is seeking a Senior Associate/Partner to join their growing Construction Litigation group. The specific job title will be based on the candidate's experience.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in construction litigation, including matters related to construction and design defects, project delays, acceleration, scheduling, and mechanic's liens. Key responsibilities will include managing large-scale construction litigation cases from inception to conclusion, drafting and negotiating construction agreements for projects exceeding $100 million, and handling both trial and arbitration proceedings. No book of business is required for this position.
