Description Leading and well-established defense firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 3 to 8 years of experience in commercial or construction litigation to join its growing team. Position Overview: As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for managing complex commercial and construction litigation cases from inception through trial. You will work on high-stakes, sophisticated matters, representing clients in both the private and public sectors. This role offers the opportunity to take on substantial responsibility and contribute to the strategic direction of cases, while collaborating with senior attorneys and partners in the firm. Key Responsibilities: + Manage and litigate complex commercial and construction cases, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements. + Handle all phases of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, depositions, hearings, and trial work. + Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and claims management. + Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and outstanding service. + Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys in case strategy and management. + Conduct legal research, analyze case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to construction and commercial disputes.
