The Role: · Appearing in Court, mediation and arbitration sessions- acting on a range of national and international clients. · Direct opportunity to work alongside a range of clients- settling disputes ranging in value, complexity, operating sector and jurisdiction. · Providing top-level legal advice and designing clear, strategic, solutions for conflicts. · Guiding clients from inception through to settlement across different Constriction disputes. · Opportunity to be involved in a broad spectrum of litigious matters ranging from Public and Private Projects. · Opportunity to supporting senior colleagues with advocacy across various courts and jurisdiction. The Candidate: · 2-6PQE Solicitor- qualified in either England/Wales or Scotland · Previous background within commercial, planning, construction, real estate or infrastructure litigation. · Genuine desire to specialise within Construction disputes and litigation.
