What You Can Expect
As our Construction Management Intern, at The Ohio State University you will be responsible for supporting ENGIE’s Capital Projects team, concentrated on lifecycle and expansion projects for The Ohio State University’s Utility System. The ideal candidate has an interest in obtaining practical experience working in energy infrastructure. You will be reporting to Senior Project Manager. This internship work term will be approximately from January 6, 2025 - May 30, 2025.
What You’ll Bring
You are Junior or Senior at The Ohio State University, with a minimum of 1 year of completed course work within Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent degree program You are Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel You can take initiative and handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy You have organizational, prioritization, interpersonal and time management skills You have experience with negotiating skills and general business acumen (including technical, legal, commodity risk, quantitative and economic analysis skills)

Interns must be enrolled students in good standing at the commencement of the intern semester This role requires attendance at a worksite on a daily Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license; may drive company vehicle Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies; This position consists of 50% of outdoor work, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions All other duties assigned related to the position
Compensation
Hourly Range: $22.00- $24.00 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
