Construction Management Professional – Entry Level
We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused Construction Project Engineer to grow with our team. This role will prepare and improve your task management and leadership skills throughout the lifetime of a construction project. As a Construction Project Engineer, you will be reviewing the RFIs and Submittal processes, handling the change management processes, reviewing pay applications, attending weekly project meetings, and taking meeting minutes, assisting the Project Controls and Field Operations teams with various other tasks, ensuring that schedule and budget are maintained within acceptable parameters. We’ll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what inspires you - so we can make big impacts on the world, together. * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or any related Engineering field * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs * Strong desire to pursue a long-term career in construction and work on large-scale projects * Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills Ideally, you’ll also have: * Prior experience (may include internships) working in Construction Management field * Exposure to cost estimating, scheduling, project controls, project reporting and closeout processes. * Knowledge of reading Construction Plans and Specifications Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
