key responsibilities:

 

you will be a part of a team that is passionate about construction, design and facilities and the role that they play in supporting our people and our storesyou will bring strong skill sets to manage all phases of development, from initial due-diligence to handover & snagging, with a laser focus on providing the ultimate guest experience  you lead the construction activities for new stores and renovations, maintaining and reporting to established KPI’s for quality, schedule, and budgetyou will build strong partnerships in every business unit of the company and with all external strategic partners

5+ years proven construction PM experience within retail and/or commercial real estatemust be versatile and able to manage multiple projectspracticed in bid package preparation, subcontractor management (including sourcing new contractors/suppliers), client relationshas the ability to communicate complex issues in laymen’s termsadept in cost-control managementproficient in MS Project, MS Office, and Excel
