We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our team in the Southern CA market. In this role you will oversee daily telecom infrastructure projects across California, ensuring wireless and wireline builds are completed safely, on time, and to spec. This role coordinates field teams, vendors, and stakeholders while managing contractor performance and addressing risks.

The Role

Manage daily construction activities across multiple projectsSupervise construction crews and subcontractors to ensure quality, compliance, and schedule adherenceConduct site walks, pre-construction meetings, safety audits, and closeout inspectionsCoordinate closely with permitting, engineering, real estate, and logistics teams to keep projects on trackTrack project milestones using company provided toolsCoordinate material deliveries, equipment staging and access logisticsSupport the Director of Construction in maintaining project budgets and schedulesServe as an on-the-ground escalation point for field issues; collaborate on resolution strategiesEffectively communicate project status, risks, and resource needs to leadership and clientsEnsure all work is performed in accordance with company safety protocols and applicable California regulationsDocument and verify completion of punch lists, redlines, and closeout packages

Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in telecom construction (e.g., wireless, fiber, small cell, DAS)Proven experience managing multiple concurrent site builds in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of California regulatory requirements, site permitting, and utility coordinationFamiliarity with major wireless carriers and their construction standards (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.)Knowledge of fiber construction methods, including aerial and undergroundExperience managing vendor performance and enforcing contractual deliverablesExperience with union and prevailing wage job sites preferredOSHA 10 or 30 Certification requiredProficiency in construction tracking softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including client interaction and reportingAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditions, in tight or elevated spaces, and on varied terrainPhysically able to lift/carry up to 70 pounds, climb and work on ladders (up to 28 feet), and perform tasks involving bending, reaching, twisting, and standing for extended periodsComfortable working in moderate to high noise environments and around mechanical, electrical, and power equipmentMust utilize proper PPE and follow safety protocols, including for handling hazardous materialsWillingness to work outside normal business hours as needed (including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime)Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves drivingPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
