Job Summary

This position is generally responsible for overseeing and directing the construction and completion of a Residential Development Project from conception to completion. It is primarily accountable for ensuring that it is finished according to approved construction plans and specifications on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Job Qualifications:

Licensed Civil Engineer At least 5 to 10 years experience in the construction industry with a minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory capacity Experience in completing a High-Rise Building construction is an advantage. Has an in-depth understanding of local building codes, construction procedures, and material and project management principles Knowledge of Construction methodologies and procedures is a must. With excellent analytical and organizational skills Willing to be assigned to any of DMCI Homes' projects within Metro Manila
