JOB DESCRIPTION: Oversee that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures. Oversee that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices Coordinates and monitors schedule and in compliance with codes, within time, cost, quality assurance, safety and environmental conformance to contribute to the efficiency of projects in the execution phase. Review weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors or Master of Engineering in Civil will be an advantage, and an additional qualification in Construction Management is preferred. Registered as a Professional Engineer with recognised professional bodies. Registered with a Project and Construction Management Professional body as a Professional Contracts Manager. Minimum 12-15 years of project construction and engineering experience required. Working knowledge of JBCC, GCC, FIDIC and NEC forms of contract. Experience with large infrastructure construction sites and mega multi-year projects. Working knowledge of Build smart and CCS. ________________________________________
