CableCom is in search of a Manager for our Telecom department in our Albuquerque, New Mexico location. This position reports directly to the Sr. Operations Manager. Lead, manage, develop, and instill a culture of accountability and excellence. Build internal, client, sub-contractor and vendor relations and partnerships. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Company/Industry specifications. Act as a safety advocate, ensuring that all employees are working safely and productively. Requisition, assign and track materials needed for the daily operations. Perform audits to ensure work is being completed safely and per specifications. Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel are working. Review daily production reports, material usage, work hours, complete and maintain accurate "as-built maps" for areas built. Daily reconciliation of all issued parts and materials. Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including necessary overtime. Other duties as assigned. What you'll need 5 years’ experience in project management & leading large teams. Possess a valid driver’s license. Must have strong project management skills. Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions. Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
