Our client is a leading construction company specializing in civil infrastructure projects across the country. With a focus on quality, safety, and innovation, they deliver a wide range of services including roads and pads, reserve pits, and underground drainage structures. They are committed to excellence and are seeking a talented Construction Manager to join their team in New Braunfels, TX.
As a Construction Manager, you are the individual responsible for overall construction site leadership. You will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. This role requires you to be on site for various project across the country.

What will you be doing: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
What you will need: Previous experience managing construction projects valued at $5,000,000 or greater 3-5 year managing large construction projects Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred A desire to learn and take on new challenges Ability to travel all across the United States
