Role Overview
Manage and coordinate tank vendor, E/I vendor, piping vendor, scaffolding, and insulation vendors for a brownfield project in Orange, Texas. Keep project manager informed and collaborate with operations for permits, deconflictions, tie-ins, and commissioning. Maintain a 10-hour, 5-days/week schedule for approximately 8 months on site. Assist with smaller projects as needed during the 8-month period.Skills & Qualifications
Strong construction site management skills. Experience in construction management and vendor management. Familiarity with brownfield projects and constructability reviews. Excellent construction coordination skills. Optional: Previous experience with tank builds, project coordination, permit management, and commissioning. Ability to work onsite in Orange, Texas.Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Certifications in Construction Management or related field advantageous. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management and coordination.Pay & Benefits
