Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Humboldt, CA

Schedule: 5 day per week x 8 hour days (M-Friday)

2 days in office2 days remote1 day in the field at job site

Duration: 1+ year contract - this is a long term opportunity

Start Date: ASAP

Required Skills:

- 4+ years' experience

- Engineering or Construction Background or overall Project experience

- Maintaining Schedules

- Excel

- SAP

- Budgeting - bids, change orders, project tracking, etc.

- Great communication - going to be coordinating with lots of different parties

- Detail oriented, task oriented, go getter
