Job Description

The Construction Manager/Director is responsible for leading the on-site technical team and ensuring high-quality project delivery by:

Supervising EPC Contractor progress, quality, and commissioning until COD.Ensuring compliance with HSE rules, regulations, and approved methods at all stages of construction.Organizing site layouts, storage, and resources while managing site meetings and reporting progress.Monitoring schedules, critical activities, and delays, proposing recovery plans to maintain timelines.Managing on-site personnel and collaborating with HR for workforce needs.

QualificationsExperience in PV (Photovoltaic) and/or renewable energy is required.Proficiency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.Ability to understand and manage EPC Contracts, O&M Agreements, and various Project Agreements.Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage site teams effectively.Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and regulations in construction.Expertise in construction monitoring, quality control, and commissioning processes.Competency in scheduling, progress tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.Analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing workflows and managing delays.
