Construction Manager - Power Delivery, TTR Substations (Remote)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team at TTR Substations. As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of substation construction projects, for the safety, quality and timely completion of projects, adherence to client standards and specifications, and overall successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects of this type, solid organizational and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Union Substation industry. Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish Develop project work plans, including schedules, equipment plan, subcontracts, material ordering, and resource allocation. Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including the client, sub-contractors, engineers, and suppliers Ensure compliance with all adherence to written, and unwritten safety standards and practices. Monitoring project progress with input and direction as necessary to ensure timely completion Manage project budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings Responsible for site quality, adherence to client and OEM specifications. Ability to address any issues or concerns raised by the client or other stakeholders. Full time at field location. Timesheet coordination Schedule coordination Running daily planning meetings on big projects Material Receiving Construction quality review Client paperwork management

 

Requirements

Proven experience in managing substation construction projects within the utilities industry In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred: Bachelor's degree Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary $120-155K annually.
