Summary
Coordination of ACI Small Tools, Consumables, and Project Closeout.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned. • Receives orders for consumables, tools and equipment from projects.
• Transfers small tools to and from projects.
• Processes consumable charges to job cost.
• Assigns part numbers for new tool or consumable inventory items.
• Responsible for electronic filing of tool and consumable items in item balance masters.
• Enters inventory adjustments as needed.
• Assists with routine inventory cycle counts.
• Distributes small tool lists to projects on weekly basis.
• Checks and verifies assign transfers – project numbers and coding.
• Responsible for timely project close outs.
• Maintains project files.
• Coordinates and ensures UPS mailings and logs.
• Accountable for safety compliance.

Management Responsibilities
None.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Supports and adheres to the matrix organization format.
• Models and reinforces safety as a top priority of the organization. Always wears a hard hat and other appropriate personal protective equipment in the field.
• Meets schedules and deadlines, adheres to policies and procedures and maintains a good attendance/tardiness record.
• Ensures client satisfaction, both internally and externally, through positive, pleasant, professional and efficient handling of issues.
• Exercises good interpersonal skills by gladly assisting others to accomplish work of the organization, even if it is outside the scope of regular duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Education and Experience
High school diploma AND three years construction experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Reads and analyzes and interprets complex documents.
• Responds effectively to sensitive inquires or complaints.
• Applies concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical solutions.
• Defines problems, collects data, establish facts and draws valid conclusions.
• Recognizes and maintains confidentially of project information.
• Organizes and manages time, duties and activities efficiently.
