Braun Intertec is seeking a Construction Materials Lab Technician to join our Bloomington, MN office. As a technician, you will perform a variety of testing on construction materials such as soils, concrete, masonry, and asphalt. 

Responsibilities

Receive and log concrete and soil samplesPerforms and understand various laboratory test proceduresAssist in AMRL and CCRL (regulatory standards) assessmentsAssist with Braun Quality system for the laboratoryEnter and understand lab dataMaintain laboratory equipment in good operating condition.Other miscellaneous laboratory tasks as assigned

Required Skills

Ability to work independentlyAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formProficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and OutlookACI, MnDOT and related industry certifications preferred

Required Experience

High School diploma or equivalent2+ years of construction materials lab experienceMust have valid driver's license and an acceptable driving recordThe ability to lift 50-75+ pounds

Compensation Range:

$43,600.00 - $65,400.00
