Join a world-class oil and gas project and apply your deep expertise in subsea construction and diving supervision. This role is essential to ensuring the safe, efficient, and technically sound execution of subsea and offshore jetty construction activities. If you’re passionate about operational excellence, risk mitigation, and mentoring teams on international subsea standards, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview Develop and manage construction schedules for subsea and diving operations. Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and regulations. Plan and coordinate construction activities to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with project teams to identify and implement best practices in construction methods. Conduct site assessments and provide technical support during construction phases. Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators. Skills & Qualifications IMCA-certified Diving Supervisor. Professionally qualified with a background in subsea operations within an international oil and gas context. In-depth knowledge of: IMCA Diving/ROV guidance DMAC medical and operational guidance IOGP Reports 411 & 431 IOGP Life-Saving Rules (LSR) Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore oil and gas projects, focused on diving and subsea construction. Demonstrated ability to lead diving teams and assess operational readiness and safety. Strong background in HSE leadership, including execution of diving drills and emergency preparedness. Desirable Experience working on major oil and gas projects in Africa.
