About the role

The construction miner is part of the mining operations team. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the construction and maintenance of mine infrastructure

Essential Duties Carry out all work related to the construction of mine infrastructureApply instructions on plans and specificationsRespect, know and promote company regulations and policies, particularly with regard to health and safetyAll other related tasksTraining & Experience Professional Studies Diploma in ore extractionFive (5) to ten (10) years of experienceMining modules 1 to 5 and 7General explosives permitValid driver's licenseBilingualism, French & English (asset)Welding and oxygen cutting competency cardWorking Conditions Schedule: 14 days of work followed by 14 days offEleonore Mine Site (fly-in, fly-out from Montreal, Chibougamau, Matagami, Rouyn-Noranda, Val D'Or and Wemindji)
