Company: TEKsystems Title: Construction PM Office Location: Saddle Brook, NJ Duration: 6 month Contract-to-Hire Schedule & Shift: Mon-Fri, First shift Pay Rate: $45-55 per hour Experience Requirements: On-site building construction management Manage remediation Manage site improvements, excavation, footings, foundations, grading, landscaping, underground utilities Supervise all Trade Contractors: Carpentry, Flooring, Drywall, Millwork, Paint, MEP’s, Site Civil, Concrete, Masonry, Steel Supervise in-house employees: Carpenters, Laborers, Painters, etc. Manage construction team including: Administrator, Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, Site Super Walk with Town inspectors OSHA training Health & Safety plans Hire & Supervise General Contractors Blueprint plan review and Material Takeoffs Estimating Run job meetings with Client, Architects, Engineers, and Township Scheduling Liaison with architects, engineers, vendors, suppliers, Township, Utility Companies Good leadership and people skills Work for Owner / Developers Contracts, AIA, change orders, close-out documents Budgeting Purchasing materials Material deliveries QC/QA Scope writing Submittals Invoicing Construction Documentation Permits Punch-listing Good communication, written and organizational skills Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Adobe Editor, MS Project, MS Outlook Coordinate public utility installations & account set-up Design build experience Pre-construction Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $58.00/hr.
