This position assists and supports the Project Controls functions of planning, scheduling, cost management, progress and performance analysis and reporting, as required, to meet the project scope and job requirements. It focuses on construction progress reporting. The position relies primarily on established policies, procedures, and applicable work practices to make decisions as they apply to the job duties and responsibilities.
• Use the Work Breakdown Structure and help to develop Project Coding Structures for collection and control of data for cost, scheduling, and progress reporting
• Record purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, amendments, and other adjustments
• Collect, review and report construction progress for compliance with rules of credit and coding requirements and commitment detail for construction contracts
• Interface with internal Client and other company personnel, as required
• Provide data input to cost, schedule, and progress reporting systems
• Prepare presentations for project reviews, client reviews, management reviews, etc.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
• Adhere to and support Fluor’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned
