The Project

17.3 Acre New US Embassy Compound (NEC) Construction Project in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan The new construction includes: 6-story NOB (New Office Building) 2 CACs (Compound Access Control Facilities) Site Development We ask for a minimum commitment of 1 year, but 48 months are available if you want them. Housing and transportation allowances provided. Uplift includes 25% of base salary, plus 25% COLA. Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 30 days paid time off a year, paid round trip flights home)​​​

Position Description

Manage operations of NEC project office as related to project's cost and schedule. Perform full range of project controls report drafting and production (MS Office Suite), cost management, schedule management (Primavera), change order management, and submittal management. Prepare reports, Independent Government Estimates (IGEs), and maintain daily construction log. Review construction contractor's monthly application for payment and advise NEC Project Director of findings.

Requirements

US Govt. Secret Clearance or higher US Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Architectural Engineering OR Current US PE license can substitute for degree Some Primavera experience (you don't need to be an expert) 7 years construction experience ABET accredited (not equivalent) international degree accepted in lieu of US Bachelor’s or US PE
