Construction Project Engineer
Job Description: We are seeking a Project Engineer to support new multifamily and affordable housing projects in Denver Metro. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in construction management and 3-5 years of experience on ground up projects. We also encourage candidates that have gained experience in the field. Responsibilities: + Prepare and track RFIs + Review and coordinate project submittals + Assist with purchasing and procurement + Develop and maintain project schedules + Support contract administration + Manage change orders and documentation + Assist with layout and surveying tasks + Perform quality control checks + Opportunity to grow into financial and broader project management responsibilities after first completed project Why you should be interested: + Employee-owned company + Bonuses + Unlimited PTO + Good company culture Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field + 3-5 years of experience as a Field or Project Engineer + RFI's, submittals, quality control, and scheduling experience + Ground up construction experience preferred + Multifamily or affordable housing experience preferred Work Environment: This company is based in Thornton, CO. The Project Engineer is based in the field. There are occasional Saturday shifts, and they rotate among the team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
