We are looking to hire a Construction Project Engineer to join our team at San Luis Potosi.

What you can look forward as Construction Project Engineer:

•    International real estate construction project management across all project phases (from demand phase till hand over), including coordination and management of all stakeholders of the construction, acting as a representative of the company
•    Responsibility for plant planning, coordination among future users and external design companies, and other stakeholder departments of the project
•    Contribute to the development of REM specifications for industrial green- and brownfield projects in cooperation with the users, conduct design management 
•    Being in charge of entire construction time schedule and cost expenditure of the real estate project
•    Coordinate the procurement of work and services in collaboration with purchasing department, technical compiling of bidder lists, coordinate RfPs, define specifications of the project, support in contract development

 

Your profile as Construction Project Engineer:

Degree in civil, architectural, mechanical or in electrical engineering 5+ years experience in construction project management, preferable in international industrial environment Sound technical knowledge of recent engineering solutions in the construction industry Fluent English and Spanish  Open-Minded, Hands-On,  willingness to travel internationally, esp. in NA region and the ability to manage more projects of various locations at the same time with different stakeholders Available USA VISA is mandatory Nice to Have SAP management Microsoft project is a plus Intermediate Autocad management is a must
