The position is site based at Port Adelaide. Key Responsibilities: + Act as a key point of contact between the client, managing contractor, and technical site support team. + Coordinate and oversee the technical site support team, ensuring timely responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), shop drawing reviews, and site inspections. + Work across multiple disciplines, including civil, structural, building services, security, and architecture. + Support the successful delivery of major building infrastructure projects. + Assist with on-site construction administration, ensuring smooth project execution. + Contribute to the first phase of construction and support future project stages as they develop. Skills & Experience Required: + Experience in construction project coordination, contract administration, or site supervision, preferably in the buildings infrastructure sector. + Understanding of construction processes, project lifecycles, and compliance requirements. + Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. + Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with contractors, clients, and project teams. + Problem-solving skills to identify and address site challenges efficiently. + Familiarity with construction safety standards and risk management. + Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced site environment. + Proficiency in project management software or tools is a plus. + This is a fantastic opportunity to build your experience in construction engineering & management while working on impactful and challenging infrastructure projects.
