What You'll Do Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages to relay timely and useful information.Provide monthly financial forecasts and collaborate with finance and vendors to ensure proper invoicing.Monitor the project against the budget, flagging deviations and adjusting timelines as needed.Update scope documents and obtain client approval for any relevant changes in the project.Regularly assess client satisfaction and coordinate actions to address feedback, ensuring client support.Manage the change control process, maintain communication standards, collaborate with safety managers, and support proposal development with local and central teams.
