Position Summary:

The Project Manager will lead and oversee individual facilities and infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution in compliance with scope, schedule, and budget requirements. You will support the Government by overseeing every phase of a facilities construction or alteration project from initiation to close out. This involves working closely with the end users (Border Patrol and Air & Marine Operations) to

develop and validate project requirements. You will also be required to work with servicing agencies such as USACE, FAA, GSA to develop and manage various construction projects. This role will manage project-specific teams, coordinate directly with government stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality project documentation aligned with federal standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation to meet client objectives.

Essential Job Functions

Plan and manage the execution of facility construction and sustainment projects.Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation compliant with federal guidelines.Coordinate activities of project personnel and subcontractors.Monitor project milestones and ensure timely deliverable completion.Conduct regular project status meetings and stakeholder updates.Implement QA/QC procedures throughout the project lifecycle.Support budget forecasting and spend plan preparation.Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure audit readiness.Collaborate with CBP, GSA, USACE, and other federal partners.Foster cross-functional team collaboration and maintain clear communication.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or relevant field.Minimum 5 years of project management experience on federal or large-scale facility-related projects.Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-site efforts with geographically dispersed teams.Proficiency in risk management, performance tracking, and project governance.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP CertificationOSHA 10 hours construction certificationExperience supporting DHS, CBP, GSA, or USACE projects.Experience with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), General Services Administration (GSA), CBP, Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR), and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) regulatory requirements, and applicable policies, procedures and/or Federal directives.Experience preparing for federal audits and program reviews.Familiarity with TRIRIGA, SAP, SharePoint, and similar systems.Experience leading geographically dispersed project teams.

Work Setting/Environment/Travel Requirements:

Monday through Friday, 8 hours daily between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.Some travel may be required and must be pre-approved by the Government.
