Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical and healthcare construction sector, located in the vibrant technology and innovation hub of downtown Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in construction management and a passion for delivering high-quality, compliant, and timely project outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesManage Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure timely responses.Oversee document control processes to maintain accurate and organized project records.Handle cost tracking, change orders, and overall budget management.Provide regular schedule updates to both contractors and internal stakeholders.Forecast project timelines, resources, and financials to support proactive decision-making.Administer construction billing and manage contract documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and efficiency.Support the development and training of project team members.Monitor compliance with safety and legal standards, including OSHA requirements.Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future business.Essential Skills4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, APM, or Project Engineer.Experience managing projects with budgets in the $5-6+ million range or yearly budgets totaling $20 million.Experience in construction projects within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industries.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Eli Lilly.Cost Management and Forecasting experience.Renovation and remodel experience.College Degree.MEP Experience or Background.Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, OSHA 30.Work Environment
This role operates Monday to Friday, with 8-hour workdays offering flexibility and autonomy. The position is based in the office at the Lilly Technology Center in downtown Indianapolis, providing a collaborative and innovative work environment. There is potential for quarterly bonuses and year-end bonus based on company profitability, as well as incentives for meeting performance metrics.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
