Construction Project Manager
Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers across the United States. This role requires effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities + Manage projects from the design phase through to implementation and operation. + Negotiate construction, procurement, and labor contracts. + Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project requirements are effectively communicated and met. + Oversee facilities management, including planning, design review, implementation, and management/control of new structures and existing buildings. + Program management of concurrent construction projects. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a comparable field. + 7+ years of experience in a related discipline such as Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management. + 7+ years of project management experience from design phase through implementation and operation. + 7+ years of experience negotiating construction, procurement, and labor contracts. + Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM, and scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in at least two disciplines within the construction industry, including General Contracting, Owner’s Representation, Commercial Development, Engineering & Design, or similar. + Success in communicating project requirements to various audiences. + Experience in facilities management or similar roles. + Project Management accreditation (PMP® or similar). Work Environment This position offers a remote work environment with 50-80% travel required to project sites located primarily in the Central and East Coast regions of the United States. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
