Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join the team.
OVERVIEW
The Construction Project Manager will plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. Most construction projects will be large ground up family entertainment facilities in various states in the US. The Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
The critical expectation will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and within budget. This position is based in Texas with 40-60% travel. This position will report directly to the Department Director and have reporting responsibility to Company Directors and Ownership.

Required:Strong communication, negotiation, organizational and time-management skillsProven experience as construction project managerIn-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principlesAbility to read and understand full construction drawings and specifications.Familiarity with quality and health and safety standardsStrong knowledge of the full MS Office to include Excel and ProjectFamiliarity with construction/project management software including Bluebeam Revu, Trimble products, and Autodesk products. Eligible to work in the United StatesMust be a minimum 18 years of agePreferred:Candidate to be based in Orlando, A team player with leadership abilities3-5 years of Project Management experienceOwner Representative BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field or equivalent experiencePMP or equivalent certificationPhysical Requirements:
