Construction Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Sr. Construction Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at our client's site in Manhattan, NY, you’ll be part of a unique rehabilitation and preservation construction project. You’ll manage the project by using established controls/procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the projector the client's facility and have a full working knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment application. Bring your expertise to solve complex problems and provide skilled project management and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. • 8+ years’ experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects with 4+ years of that experience as an Assistant Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million • Experience in all aspects of construction management including cost and schedule management and quality control. • Effective Leader and communicator able to work with multiple stakeholders • Proficient with web-based submittal collaboration systems and project scheduling software • OSHA 30 Certification • Employment will require a background check Ideally, You’ll Also Have:  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction • Background in exterior restoration, masonry repairs and historic preservation • Previous experience in masonry restoration • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification *No sponsorship is provided for this position* #EastPMCM #NorthPMCM Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
