Construction Project Manager

Description:

Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing commercial projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

PMP certification is a plus.
