Must live in or within a two hour radius of Utica, NY!

Looking for a Construction Project Manager to work on projects involving warehouse, industrial manufacturing, and commercial projects.

This is a fully remote opportunity - the Director of East Coast Construction is located in the area and hopes to build an office in Utica down the road - but this position can still be remote.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Construction Project Manager to work remotely.The hiring manager is based in this region and will occasionally meet up and visit project sites.This role is ideal for someone centrally located as the company has extensive work on the East Coast and is headquartered in Colorado.The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the industrial or larger commercial space (GC).You must be well-versed in all scopes of construction, including General Requirements, Site work, Concrete, Masonry/steel, MEP, and Civil.A strong understanding of Scope of Work, scheduling, budget, and change orders is essential.
