Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our commercial construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale commercial construction projects, from planning through to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.Mentor and support junior project team members.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.About ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
