Job Overview: Responsible for the management and completion of assigned construction projects. Oversees all aspects of construction projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors, and summarizes progress of construction projects. Leads and directs the work of others. Prepares reports for management regarding the status of projects. Coordinates the design, maintenance, construction, and organization of the built environment used by all company groups.

Starting salary at $97k additional compensation based on experience.

Preferred Experience:

Degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in construction management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, or architecture; or equivalent experience through a minimum of five years working in construction project management. Four years of experience in project management, construction management or building design while employed by a commercial contractor, developer, or design firm. Ability to read, comprehend and interpret building construction documents. Knowledge of current building codes, cost estimating and construction industry safety requirements. Valid Class D driver’s license may be required with a good driving record.
