Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Description

A Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning and implementation of projects for our customers. This includes managing the project from project kickoff through the completion of the contract. They will define the goals, project tasks, and resource requirements for successful on-time project completion while maintaining excellent relationships with customers. The Project Manager is also responsible for pre-sale coordination and communication with sales, estimating, and the customer during design, budget, and quoting phases.

Work in the office Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. There won't be travel required on a consistent basis except for local site visits. The role may involve exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs. frequently, and a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The job involves sitting most of the time but may include brief periods of walking or standing. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65
