Kforce has a client in need of a Construction Project Manager located in Sparks, NV. This person will act as support for Project Semi for interior fit outs of offices, cafes, production spaces, and main lobby. Responsibilities: * Management of the planning, procurement, execution and close-out of Core and Shell structural and architectural systems, including Building dry in and interior fit outs * Develop and manage execution plans to ensure cost and schedule expectations are achieved * Develop and manage funding requests for new projects * Perform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents meet project needs * Work with the Procurement team to create biddable work packages and verify contractor proposals against cost/schedule estimates for purchase * Interface with engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams
