Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee the success of multi-family projects varying in size from $100,000 to $10 million. The role requires managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone that has a passion for helping underserved communities and families. You will be able to meet the families you are impacting and make a difference through improving dilapted unsafe housing. This role also allows motivated indviduals to step into a leadership role and fully own their own projects.
ResponsibilitiesOversee multi-family construction projects from inception to completion.Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and clients.Handle requests for information (RFIs) and change orders.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.Essential SkillsExperience in construction managementProficiency in handling RFIs and change ordersExperience in commercial constructionKnowledge of mechanical and electrical systemsProject coordination skillsEngineering or construction mangement degree is preferredProficiency in PROCOREProficiency in Microsoft SuiteAdditional Skills & QualificationsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsProblem-solving abilitiesWork Environment
The work environment involves managing construction sites and office settings. You will use various technologies and equipment, including PROCORE and Microsoft Suite. The role may require flexible working hours and adherence to safety regulations and standards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00
Specific company benefit information will supplied upon request. In general, this opportunity would provide medical, dental, vision, paid vacation days, holiday pay, 401K plan, and bonus structure.
