Construction Project Manager
Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with Field Superintendents, Owners, and Architects to ensure projects are completed on time and safely. Your role includes direct contract administration, procurement, scheduling, costing, staff oversight, mentoring, risk management, and quality control. Responsibilities + Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously. + Maintain direct contact with Field Superintendents, Owners, and Architects throughout the project lifecycle. + Handle contract administration, procurement, scheduling, and costing. + Supervise projects and provide staff oversight and mentoring. + Implement risk management and quality control measures. + Provide direction to ensure commercial construction projects are completed on time and safely. + Utilize solid “take-off” abilities. + Establish and manage budgets and detailed project schedules. + Manage project details including job scope, budgeting, billing, change orders, and compliance requirements. + Use standard project documentation and company processes.
