Key Responsibilities

 

Manage the entire construction lifecycle for swimming pools and hardscape projects, from initial design to project completion. Partner with project managers, designers, and clients to review designs, drawings, and contracts to ensure alignment with project goals. Safely operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and loaders during project execution. Supervise the excavation, installation of PVC, rebar, shotcrete, and equipment setup for Gunite and Vinyl pools. Oversee the construction and installation of patios, walkways, stone walls, plantings, and yard enhancements. Read and interpret plans to accurately measure and layout hardscape features. Maintain records of time, materials, and other project-related paperwork. Coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks. Place product orders, address construction challenges, and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

 

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in building Gunite and Vinyl pools, as well as hardscape installations (e.g., patios, walkways, stone walls). Proven ability to operate heavy machinery, including skid steers, excavators, and loaders. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe work environment at all times. Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 100 lbs. Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
