Your projects will range in size and complexity, and you will work to ensure that all aspects of the project—from concept to completion—are executed with precision, on time, and within budget. Some projects may involve significant technical challenges and large budgets, all while ensuring that business activities and the delivery of water and power remain uninterrupted. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, including design, engineering, procurement, and administration. + Oversee project schedules, budgets, and ensure that projects adhere to the scope and quality standards. + Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineering teams, vendors, and contractors. + Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. + Provide regular status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. + Manage procurement processes and handle any necessary administrative tasks to support project goals. **Key Requirements:** + Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in projects involving high technical challenges and large budgets. + Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution. + Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and manage stakeholders effectively. + Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance. + **Driving and Smith Test Required.** **Compensation:** 50-60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. **Why Join Us?** This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Project Manager to take on meaningful projects that have a significant impact on the community.
