The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, encompassing all phases from pre-construction to handover. This role involves working with permitting, conducting design reviews with architects, obtaining and reviewing bids, tracking purchase orders (PO), and overseeing construction. The successful candidate will fulfill general owner's representative responsibilities.
Responsibilities
+ Manage construction projects from cradle to grave.
+ Oversee pre-construction activities including permitting and design reviews with architects.
+ Obtain and evaluate project bids.
+ Track and manage purchase orders.
+ Ensure smooth construction progress and project handover.
+ Act as the owner’s representative throughout the project lifecycle.

Work Environment
This role requires up to 50% travel. Some weeks may involve 3-4 days of travel, while other weeks may not require any travel. The Construction Project Manager will manage their own travel schedule based on project needs. The role involves working on operational facilities and performing retrofits without impacting facility operations. This is a very independent role with limited daily oversight from managers, who are available to provide support as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $57.25/hr.
