Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager who will oversee projects from bid request to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on jobs, managing project takeoffs, and ensuring successful project delivery. You may manage anywhere from 1 to 5 projects simultaneously, depending on experience and need.

ResponsibilitiesManage the entire project lifecycle from bid request to project completion.Bid on jobs independently.Conduct project takeoffs and manage the project through to completion.Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from 1 to 5 based on experience and need.Essential SkillsExperience in commercial concrete and masonry.Experience in construction estimating.Project engineering skills.Proficiency in Bluebeam.Proficiency in Microsoft applications.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as an Assistant Project Manager (APM), Project Manager (PM), or Project Engineer (PE) within commercial general contractors.Mindset suitable for managing concrete or masonry projects.Work Environment

The position requires working in-office or on jobsites 5 days per week. A flexible work situation is available, allowing for adaptability in work location.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $62.50/hr.
