Job Description
Responsible for planning, directing, and fulfilling construction projects to achieve and serve the interrelated interests of the project owner. The role includes meeting required forecasting and reporting responsibilities on upcoming and current projects. Ensuring that effective and efficient construction and project management sustainable processes, people, and technology are utilized properly. Growing relationships with customers and pursuing opportunities for future business. Assisting Business Development staff in the acquisition of new customers. Communicating and collaborating with members of management and staff within the Group and throughout the company. Providing mentoring and training support to project management, site supervision, and other staff. Ensuring that all team members associated with projects support and adhere to the safety culture and related policies and practices. Supporting and adhering to all company operating and regulatory compliance-focused policies and practices.

This role involves working both onsite and in the office. Employees will have the opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization in the Richmond market. All employees receive a truck and gas card as well as competitive bonuses based on individual, office, and company growth. Project Managers are paired with an Assistant Project Manager to assist with the construction process.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
