Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Construction Project Manager in West Palm Beach to join a fast-growing infrastructure construction firm. Day-to-day responsibilities include daily coordination with subcontractors, updating daily reports, and coordinating inspections with the client. They will also update the project schedule and respond to any community requests and customer complaints. The Construction Project Manager will review and negotiate contract documents, define and understand the scope of work, handle change orders, and ensure compliance with contract requirements. Ultimately, they will make sure expectations were met and proper resource allocation, scheduling, and availability of materials and tools. The salary range is $100-110k depending on experience and background. Skills and Requirements - High school diploma - 5+ years of experience in construction project management (vertical work highly preferred but also open to horizontal, commercial or infrastructure) - Experience with project management platforms such as Procore, and scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - College degree highly preferred - Underground utility work such as water mains and low-pressure force mains - OSHA 10- hour certified null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
